Mirror mirror on the wall...

We've noticed that if we put Baby E in front of a mirror he will have hours of fun just sitting laughing and giggling away.

We found this out a couple of months ago when we were at my parents who have full length mirrored doors in their bedroom. We sat him in front of it and I'm pretty sure you could hear the squeals a mile away! He had so much fun.

This called for finding a mirror that he could play with.

We have a full length mirror in our bedroom but it's rubbish as it's pretty narrow. So while we were out at the January sales we picked up a small oval mirror for £1 in B&M's. Which was ideal, the size and the price!

We just lean it up against a wall, the couch or in his play pen (always supervised) and he has so much fun looking at himself squealing/giggling in delight!

This was a great idea, and I'm glad we bought him his own as the finger prints on the glass are unreal! Haha!

Do your little ones like looking at themselves?

  1. Molly loves seeing herself in the mirror or the window. She could spend hours waving and saying hiya if she got her way.

  4. Bless! We play a game with Baby L where we always say hi to 'the baby in the mirror' when we pass the mirror on the stairs. She likes this baby, but isn't so sure when she catches her reflection in other mirrors in the house or when out and about. Odd baby :)
