BUBABLOON; A REVIEW!

We were at a wedding recently and Elliott had his first encounter with a balloon, which he loved to grab, squeeze and chew on and more importantly made my heart pound harder than it has ever done before! I have never ever been more scared than when Elliott had a balloon in his little hands squeezing the living daylights out of it!

It was quickly removed from his vice like grip - even though other kids were playing with them I was so scared that it would pop in his face and making his fear balloons for forever more.

I was unsure when to introduce balloons back into Elliott's life as I'm sure you're aware that it's his birthday coming up and there will be balloon there, but then I have found the answer in the shape of BUBABLOON!

BUBABLOON (£11.99)(*) makes playing with a balloon fun for Elliott and with my heart beating at a normal rate! The BUBABLOON is a lovely balloon cover which simply covers any standard 12" balloon to prevent the balloon from popping in little ones faces and the choking risk of the burst balloon! BRILLIANT!

It is so easy to use too! The BUBABLOON comes in a great little tie bag - that is handy for your handbag or changing bag! All you do is slot a balloon into the cover at the little opening and start blowing! You will see the balloon expanding and obviously just stop when at the desired size. We like to have it a little more squashy than a firm hard balloon - but that was my fault as I thought it was really firm, it wasn't!
Once you've tied the balloon simply tuck the knot into the flap where it will be safe and secure from little fingers!

The BUBABLOON has become one of Elliott's favourite things to play with at the moment, he uses it more like a ball and throws himself at it, but as it is a balloon it usually floats away causing endless amounts of fun and giggles!

The great thing about the BUBABLOON is that is completely washable - perfect for us as Elliott likes to take it outside and dunk it in puddles!

You'll notice from the photos above that it's very hard to get a photo of Elliott with the BUBABLOON as he gets so excited! So sorry for the blurry photos, but they're 'action shots' or that's what I'm going with!

BUBABLOON has been made in the UK and has been thoroughly tested and is certified as EN71 compliant, carrying the CE mark so you have peace of mind that your little ones can play safe (suitable for children from 4 months to 4 years) With lots of different designs and colours there is something for everyone.

  10. What a GREAT idea! I was always terrified of the choking risk of balloons. Of course, now my issue with balloons is that my 9-year-old J loves to blow them and deflate them and blow them up again until their pop in her mouth. Thanks for linking with #TwinklyTuesday.
