Things are a'changing!

I got into blogging way back when my blog was all about beauty and fashion, when I feel pregnant I decided to blog about it throughout the months. Once Baby E made his entrance my blog took a whole different turn, long gone where the make up and clothes reviews! Only because I didn't have to time do my make up and I pretty much lived in leggings and baggy jumpers! That's mum life for you!

Instead, my blog became a diary with little life inserts and milestones, this is where I truly started to enjoy blogging. My baby was my life, so sharing it with you guys made me love doing it!

This was up until a couple of months ago when I felt I was sharing a bit too much, not in a 'lets talk about baby poop' kind of way, i just felt Baby E's life was online for all to see and i wanted to keep some of the things to myself! We were also out everyday as if we didn't, it didn't make for a good blog post.

So, I decided to reduce the amount of content I shared, I mean there is still one million photos of him either on here or on my Instagram! Another thing I did was take his name right off the Internet. This was Daddy's choice to be honest and I respected his wishes. Now he is only known as Baby E! No idea what I'm going to be calling him when he is no longer a baby! Toddler E? Who knows!

But now instead of an online diary, I post things on different matters, tips to help you along the way, our experiences and product reviews! You will still get the milestone posts such as monthly birthday updates and if he passes a milestone, but I will not be posting about him day in and day out.

I sort of want some privacy for him...

I hope you like the changes that have been made, and hope you still enjoy what I am doing now, I am far more happier and my blog is growing more and more!

  1. I understand this.....Sounds like a great plan to me!
My eldest is 12 and I am sharing less and less of her life on my blog. She has never said she wants her privacy but I don't want to embarrass her if her friends see it.

  3. Important to do what makes you happy and if you've found the type of thing you want to blog about, then that's great. I have a similar naming dilemma when Baby L becomes Toddler L haha.

  5. Yes you have to be comfortable. I too am sharing less details about my twins - not through privacy, just because I feel like I want to talk about others things too! Like fashion, lifestyle, home and interiors! So good luck and looking forward to more posts from you. Jess x #sundaystars
