March Favourites!

How can I possibly be sitting here writing about my MARCH favourites!!

The most common saying is that time never stays still when you have a little one, and how right is that! Pretty sure last week we were still in January! haha!

Anyway, here are the things we have been loving throughout the month of March!

The first thing I have been loving are these jeans with the little braces! (£10) I think you might be getting bored of seeing them in my Fashion Friday posts! haha! I think they are super cute and when he grows out of them we are heading back to Matalan to get another pair! They are hard wearing too, Baby E has definitely put these through their paces and we've only had them a couple of weeks! With the nicer weather approaching we have been out and about and these have seen their fair share of grass stains and they still look brand new!

Baby E has been loving noisy toys! His favourite two are the ones shown.  The clapper style one was from Tesco for only a couple of pounds. It is just small enough for him to grab hold of it and shake it to make lots of noise! The other is the rainmaker. Like with the clapper one, he shakes this about creating noise. He is loving both these, I think we will have to invest in some earplugs! (Possible April Favourite ;) )

I posted about this here. Nom-Nom Kids Pouches (*) (£6.95)! As the review shows, we both love these. At first I was unsure as I thought we couldn't incorporate them into daily life - how wrong could I be! We are using these almost everyday. Baby E's favourite foods to pop into them are Yoghurt's or Fruit Smoothies. He find them easy to hold onto and to suck the contents from. They are also and easy option for a mum on the go! We have already use these in the car when we were nearing lunchtime, no mess and one happy little boy!

Another are the Munchkin Squirting Barn Yard Bath Toys (*) (£5.99).  There are 8 in the pack, we have 4 in the bathroom and 4 in the living room. Baby E loves to put them in his mouth and squeak his gums on them. A great teething toy! He loves them and is usually seen with one in his hand (or mouth) The ones that are for in the bath are equally loved as he tends to do exactly the same - although sometimes we squirt water at/on him, which for him is either hilarious or upsetting... we can't find a happy medium! Haha!

One thing I have noticed with having a teething baby is there seems to be no 'Off' tap on the drooling! We are going through so many dribble bibs as they are soaked right through. One brand of bibs we having both been loving is Natures Purest (*)(£12). Their bibs are lovely and soft which is great for his delicate skin, one thing I noticed was the thickness, their bibs are super thick and last a lot longer than the cheapo ones. You can see the difference (well my washing basket can!) a good bib makes. I will definitely be getting more that's for sure!

What have you been loving throughout March?

  3. How exciting - I am in the process of writing my March Favourites post, so it's really nice to read someone else's. I 100% agree with you on the bib front! A thicker bib with towel/flannel on the underside is the best. We dry ours out over night and everything is dandy! I really wanted to get some of those yoghurt/smoothie pouches, but I bought some normal yoghurt pouches from Lidl the other day and Luke just doesn't seem interested at all. Maybe next month...! Great post, some lovely items!! Ray xx @ lukeosaurusandme.blogspot.co.uk #toddlerapprovedtuesday

    1. T is just the same with anything in a pouch Ray, he'll drink smoothies, eat yoghurt and loves fruit, just won't touch anything from a pouch ha ha I've given up now! x Good luck, I hope Luke tries them one day.
