Favourite Toys from Christmas!

With the amount of gifts Baby E recived for Christmas it was hard to track which ones he actually liked and which were just lying on the floor not being played with.

We soon realised that he had chosen his favourites and played with them constantly!

The first is a toy remote control train that he got from my great aunt and great uncle! It is designed for 12 month plus but we figured he wouldn't need the remote control as we could control it, it turns out this is great for making him crawl! He tries to grab at it and we make the train move that little bit further away so he has to move to get it and now he's army crawling along the floor to get it! As it is a gift I am unsure of the price but I do know it's from ToysRUs! This was a big hit on Christmas, not only for Baby E but for everyone else too!

The next present he loves is from us! I
He loved his Stacking Stars from the moment the box was opened! He was grabbing at them and then throwing the everywhere! There are 10 stars to be stacked, each with their own number on the top going from 0-9, they also have two small holes in the top so can be taken into the bath! These are forever scattered round our living room and you can always guarantee he will have one in his hand! Such a brilliant toy and it cost just under £5! For a toy he will get a lot of use out of I think this is a steal at that price!

His Disney Eggs that his grandparents bought him are another big hit! The eggs come in a plastic egg box with 6 eggs inside, the eggs are all brightly coloured and inside each egg is one character from Winnie The Pooh on the bottom of the eggs is a shape that matches up with a shape in the egg box. Baby E absolutely loves this and I think it's his most loved present by far! He loves pushing all the eggs out of the box and onto the floor and putting them into his mouth! As this was a gift again I'm unsure of the price but I do know she bought it from Debenhams. This is a toy I wouldn't have  thought to buy but I'm so glad Baby E has it in his life! This will be a firm favourite for a while by the looks of it!

That's pretty much all his favourite toys from Christmas, I mean he has so many more that he plays with it these are the go to toys by far!

What did your little ones get? I'd love to know!

  1. Looks like someone had a great Christmas! I vowed not to buy anything electronic for my youngest this year so he had a little wooden kitchen with lots of wooden food, saucepans and plates etc. He loves the ones from ELC which have Velcro in the middle.

  5. For D&E we leave all their gifts out for a week and then we pack some stuff away, and rotate them every 6-8 weeks, keeps toys fresh then and they use all different things x
