Our first Christmas!

Happy new year to you all!
Hope you had a lovely time over the festive period and santa was good to your little ones!

This was Baby E's first Christmas and boy, did he have fun - oh and was totally spoilt!

We spend Christmas with one set of grandparents and Boxing Day with the other.

I woke up at 8am - which is now about the time Baby E usually wakes, but there wasn't a peep out of him! I was so excited to open our presents and see the look on his face, but he didn't wake until 9:10am!!
We gave him his porridge first as I know half way through present opening he would be moaning for food.

He was well and truly spoilt by everyone, our living room now looking like a bomb had hit it!
He took instantly to the Stacking Stars we had bought him from Asda for under £5 and a rain maker!

We got dressed into our Christmas Day outfit, Elliott was dressed in a jeans, a white long sleeved t shirt and a cute Christmas vest that had a snowman on it!(in pic)

When we went along to Jordan's parents, we were greeted with more presents!
He got some little Disney Eggs that are super cute from granny, and was playing with them most of the afternoon! They were a big hit!

After present opening, it was time for Christmas lunch!
I had prepared a packed lunch for Baby E just incase he didn't want or like what was served to him, but I needn't have worried as he loved everything! Ham with soft cheese was devoured and mushed into the hair! The Turkey he was given was gone in the matter of minutes and I think he ate his weight in carrots! I did give him a yoghurt and some orange segments too.

He didn't get his regular naps, but I kind of presumed that anyway.  At the tae he was starting to get grumpy near the end of the meal and I knew he was getting sleepy, so I took him out of his high chair and cosied him in and he was sound asleep within seconds! He stayed like that for 45mins to an hour, he usually has a good 2 hour sleep in the afternoon.
Once away he sat and played with his toys and his auntie and uncle joined in too! From the amount of squeals that came from Baby E I knew he was having a blast!

His bedtime stayed the same too, milk at 6pm, PJ's on and he was sound asleep in his car seat by 6:45pm!
Having so much fun is tiring business y'know! ;)

Hkw was your Christmas?
